Head Teacher's report

ACADEMIC
1. Baby class to class 6 will do three exams before the end of term two.

2. Class 7 and 8 will sit for four exams and this will also include District mock examinations.

SPORTS AND MUSIC
1. Athletics -to start immediately as we wait for the competition dates for this term.

2. Music- practice to begin as we expect the competition calendar of events to be out anytime.

THINGS THAT WENT WELL

a. Salaries were paid promptly

b. Eleven new children joined in

c. School bicycle was bought.

d. Lunch program started well

e. Most of the learning and teaching materials for the term were bought

f. All teachers present except one on maternity leave.

g. Some good repairs on the road to Shonda from main road by Government.

h. We are experiencing a lot of rain that enable us to get drinking water from school tank.

i. Some kids who were here earlier are making the school proud of their performance at higher levels.

j. No internal interference from within.

k. Staffs unity also is one area to be appreciated.

EXPECTATION

- Construction of a school kitchen as informed by Joseph is on process
- To organize for school education tour
- To have inter-school debate competition
-To improve academic standards in the school.

CONCLUSION

We are happy and very appreciative for the support we get from Shonda UK. May God bless you all.
